1. Booking and Reservations
Confirmation: A reservation is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the hotel and, where applicable, the required deposit.
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on local jurisdiction, and must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Standard Times: Check-in is typically at 14:00 (2 PM) and check-out is at 12:00 (Noon).
Early/Late Requests: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees (e.g., 50% of room rate until 18:00).
Identity Verification: National guests must provide a valid ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.); foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Rate: Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days or "no-shows" incur a charge of 100% of the booking or a one-night retention fee.
Non-Refundable Rates: Discounted or promotional rates are typically non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Processing: Refunds for online bookings generally take 7–15 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
4. Fees and Payment
Taxes (2026 Regulations): Room tariffs up to ₹7,500 are subject to 5% GST; tariffs above ₹7,500 are subject to 18% GST.
Incidental Deposit: A security deposit (e.g., $100 or equivalent) may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
5. Guest Conduct and House Rules
Non-Smoking Policy: A cleaning fee (e.g., $250 or ₹10,000) applies to smoking in non-smoking rooms.
Occupancy: Rooms are for the number of guests specified. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in extra charges or eviction.
Outside Visitors: Many hotels do not permit outside visitors in guest rooms after 22:00.
6. Liability and Safety
Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in guest rooms; use provided in-room safes.
Damages: Guests are personally liable for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their guests.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.
